Hello everyone today we will discuss what's Jaat Karam Sanskaar. When the child is born the rituals performed or done are called Jaat Karam Sanskaar.

When the child comes home after birth, the priest is called and stars and nakshatra are calculated in which the baby is born and Janam Patrika is made.

If the baby born is a boy then an elder member of the family puts his janeu in the neck of the baby.

The milni is distributed by Nani among the persons present in the hospital.

The auspicious weekdays to bring the baby girl home are Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

And to bring the baby boy home are Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.

When the baby and mother are all set to come back home, one should put a knife and match stick with them to protect the newborn from evil eyes and negative energies. And the mother while on the way back home should throw coins at every chauraha which comes on the way.

The baby is welcomed at the gate. While entering the home the baby should be with mother, and rest do whatever you want to welcome the newly born.👶

The नाईन is called (female नाई, occupational cast of Barber) to get the mother and the baby bath.
